Terms and Conditions
Cancellation Policy:
At CoderMath, we understand that life can be unpredictable and that sometimes things come up and force you to cancel your tutoring sessions. That's why we have a very flexible cancellation policy in place to help create a no-pressure experience for our students.
You may cancel your tutoring sessions up to 6 days after the first class date without incurring any charges.

-
In the rare event when a teacher is unable to teach a class due to illness or other unforeseen circumstances, the class will generally be rescheduled or made up for at a later date. While every effort will be made to ensure that students are able to enjoy a make-up session for each missed class, a teacher's absence does not constitute grounds for a refund of the class.
-
We reserve the right to cancel a course prior to the beginning date for any reason. Your money will be refunded in the case of such an event.
-
Course or section change requests will depend on the availability of the course that is requested to be transferred to. An approval by our team is required for such a change.
